Free Shipping
Every order includes free standard shipping within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise fees at checkout. We believe that when you're creating something this meaningful, shipping shouldn't be something you have to think about.
Production Time
Each tribute is custom-made just for you. After you approve your design proof, please allow 5–7 business days for production. During this time, your personalized poem or letter is printed on museum-quality materials and placed in a handcrafted frame with care and attention to detail.
We don't rush this process because your tribute deserves to be made right.
Shipping Time
Once your piece is finished and passes our quality check, it ships via standard carrier. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production is complete.
From the moment you approve your proof to the moment it arrives at your door, the total timeline is approximately 8–12 business days. We know the wait can feel long when you're excited to see the finished piece, but we promise it's worth it.
Packaging
We know how important this piece is to you, so we take packaging seriously. Every frame is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box designed to keep it safe during transit. We treat every package as if it's irreplaceable — because to you, it is.
Shipping Confirmation
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your tribute on its way to you. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or reach out to us and we'll get you the details.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on bringing Still Beside Me to families around the world, and international shipping is coming soon. If you're outside the US and interested in ordering, please reach out to us at hello@stillbesideme.com — we may be able to work something out.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us right away at hello@stillbesideme.com. We'll work with the carrier to track it down, and if needed, we'll send you a replacement. You won't be left without your tribute — we'll make sure of that.
Gift Shipping
Sending a tribute as a gift? We can ship directly to your recipient at any address within the United States. Gift messaging is available at checkout, so you can include a personal note with your gift. No pricing information is included in the package — just a beautifully wrapped tribute ready to be opened.
