Still Beside Me creates personalized memorial wall art. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind tribute that combines:
- An AI-generated poem or letter, written from the memories, stories, and feelings you share with us
- A photo of your loved one (human or pet) that you provide
- A museum-quality framed print, professionally produced and shipped to your door
Every product is custom-made to order. No two pieces are the same, because no two relationships are the same.
3. AI-Generated Content
The poems and letters in our products are generated by artificial intelligence, guided by the memories, personality details, and sentiments you provide during the ordering process. Here is how it works:
- You share memories. You tell us about your loved one — their personality, your favorite moments together, the things you want to say.
- AI creates a draft. Our AI uses what you have shared to compose a personalized poem or letter that captures your unique relationship.
- You review and approve. You will receive a design proof that includes the full poem or letter. Nothing goes to print until you have reviewed it and given your approval.
The generated poem or letter becomes part of your purchased product upon approval. While AI helps us craft these words, the heart behind every piece comes from you.
4. Intellectual Property
The final product you receive — the combination of poem, photo, and design — is created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may display it in your home, give it as a gift, or share photos of it with family and friends.
You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute the finished product or its individual components (such as the generated poem text or the design layout).
Still Beside Me and HD Productions LLC retain all rights to our platform, website, design templates, ordering system, and the underlying technology and processes used to create our products. Our brand name, logo, and visual identity are our intellectual property.
5. Your Content
The photos, memories, stories, and personal details you share with us remain yours. We respect how sacred these things are.
By uploading photos or submitting personal information during the ordering process, you grant Still Beside Me a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of:
- Creating your custom product
- Generating your design proof
- Producing and fulfilling your order
We will not sell your photos or personal stories to third parties. We will not use your content for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate consent.
You confirm that you have the right to use any photos you upload — meaning you either took them, own them, or have permission from the person who does.
6. Ordering and Payment
All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include the custom poem or letter creation, professional design, museum-quality printing, and framing.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
7. Proof Approval Process
Before your tribute goes to print, you will receive a design proof showing the complete layout — your photo, the generated poem or letter, and the overall design.
This is your opportunity to review everything and request any changes. Once you approve the proof, you are authorizing us to begin production. After approval, the design is sent to print and can no longer be altered.
We encourage you to review your proof carefully. Take your time — there is no rush. We want you to be completely happy with every word and every detail before we print.
8. Refunds and Returns
Because every product is custom-made, our refund policy reflects the nature of personalized goods:
- Before proof approval: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the poem or design, we will work with you to make it right — or provide a full refund.
- After proof approval: Once you approve your proof, production begins immediately. Because the product is custom and made specifically for you, orders are non-refundable after approval.
If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible.

9. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

We pour our hearts into every tribute we create, but there are some things we need to be upfront about:

- We do our best to ensure accurate colors and print quality, but slight variations may occur between what you see on screen and the final printed product due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
